Due Diligence & Submission

Do you review individual mortgage notes?

Yes. Individual residential mortgage notes may be considered alongside portfolio opportunities.

No. Each submission is evaluated individually, and a submission or review does not guarantee an offer or transaction.

Who may contact Glancestar about capital relationships?

Qualified institutions, strategic business partners, family offices, and other appropriate parties may inquire about potential business relationships. No investment return is guaranteed.
